You will post in the appropriate category or area and will refrain from the following:

*Violating any laws (federal, provincial, etc.) or our Prohibited Content Policy

*Posting false or misleading content

*Infringing upon any third-party right

*Distributing or posting content containing spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes

*Distributing viruses or any other malicious technologies that may be harmful to Nannyseek.ca classifieds or the interests or property of Nannyseek.ca classifieds’ users

*Imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfering with the proper functionality of the Nannyseek.ca classifieds service

*Copying, modifying, or distributing any other person’s published content

*Utilizing robots, spiders, scrapers or any other automated means to access Nannyseek.ca classifieds to collect content for any purpose without our express written permission

*Harvesting or collecting information in any manner about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent

*Bypassing measures used to prevent or restrict access to Nannyseek.ca

Abuse of Nannyseek.ca Classifieds:

We reserve the right to limit or terminate service, remove hosted content, or take technical and legal action to bar users from the Nannyseek.ca classifieds service if we believe said user is creating problems or violating the letter or spirit of our policies. However, regardless of whether or not we decide to take any of the aforementioned action, we accept no liability for monitoring Nannyseek.ca classifieds, nor do we accept any responsibility for inappropriate usage of the site or unauthorized or unlawful content posted within it by users.

No refund will be made in the event of termination of Purchaser's credits due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions of Service as outlined in there in. In that respect, Purchaser hereby agrees that offensive behavior towards other members or use of foul language in the replying section to members will constitute sufficient grounds for such termination of Purchaser's account by nannyseek.ca.

Fees and Services:

For the most part, usage of Nannyseek.ca classifieds is free of charge; however, we may charge a fee for certain services. If there is a fee associated with a particular service you utilize on our site you will have the opportunity to review the charge before accepting it. Our fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to change. For instance, we may choose to temporarily alter our fees for promotional events or new services. In this case, changes will take effect when we announce the promotion or service. Our fees are non-refundable, and it is the user’s responsibility to pay them in a timely fashion. If you do not pay a fee by its due date, we reserve the right to restrict your ability to use the Nannyseek.ca Classifieds service. If your chosen method of payment fails or your account is past due, we may collect outstanding charges using other collection methods (i.e. for accounts over 180 days past due, we may deduct the amount owed from your PayPal account balance). All purchases are final. No refund will be given for unused portions of your credits.  Notwithstanding, nannyseek.ca does not guarantee a response from the recipient nor does it make any other promises or warranties of any kind.

In using our service, you agree to refrain from copying, modifying, or distributing content obtained from the website as well as our copyrights and trademarks. When you submit content to our classified listings you are granting us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights to that content (these rights are necessary for us to be able to host and display your submissions). We reserve the right to remove content in situations where we have grounds for suspecting a violation of these terms or of any party’s rights.

Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the Service, but not directly by Us, are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. Because most of the material contained within Nannyseek.ca classifieds is submitted by users, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of postings or communications. We also cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Us and Our officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties harmless, for any losses, costs, liabilities or expenses relating to or arising out of Your use of the Service, including:

You assign to Us, with full title guarantee, all copyright in Your profile, Your photographs posted, and any additional information sent to Us at any time in connection with Your use of the Service. You waive absolutely any and all moral rights to be identified as author of Your profile and owner of Your photograph and any similar rights in any jurisdiction in the world. In addition, other Members may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection, whether or not it is identified as copyrighted. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which You have been given express written permission, You will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. By posting information, photographs or content on any Service, You automatically grant, and You represent and warrant that You have the right to grant, to Us and other members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, promote, publish and distribute such information, content and photographs and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sub-licenses of the foregoing.

Also, it is possible that other members or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials through the Service and that You may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive or obscene materials. It also is possible for others to obtain personal information about You due to Your use of the Service. Those others may use your information for purposes other than what You intended. We are not responsible for the use of any personal information that You disclose on the Service. Please carefully select the type of information that You post on the Service or release to others.
